A/C / HEAT PUMP Bi-Annual Membership
Your annual air conditioning, Heat Pump, and/or mini-split inspection will be performed by a qualified Service Professional who will ensure that your system is running at peak efficiency to help extend its service life and prevent major cooling system issues.
Our A/C-Heat Pump Check includes:
OUTDOOR UNIT
- Visually inspect the outdoor unit coil
- Condenser motor inspection, oil if necessary
- Check refrigerant levels
- Remove or put on condenser covers, if applicable
- Control and safety device inspection
- Visually inspect the wiring
- Check terminal and capacitor connections
- Check contactors and relays for wear and tear
INDOOR
- Filter inspection, wash OR replace with a customer supplied filter Inspect indoor coil
- Visually inspect the wiring
- Check terminal and capacitor connections
- Check contactors and relays for wear and tear Inspect blower motor and blower wheel
- Belt and pulley inspection
- Control and safety device inspection
- Test emergency shut offs
- Clear and test condensate drain
- Rate overall condition of system
- Check thermostat, replace batteries with customer supplied replacements if necessary
- Test operation
If any additional services are recommended, the Service Professional will offer the customer options at the completion of system check.
GAS / PROPANE FURNACE SAFETY & PERFORMANCE CHECK
Keep your family safe and secure with an annual heating inspection and reduce the likelihood of unexpected breakdowns.
Our Furnace Check includes:
- Visual inspection of overall condition of system Inspection of burners and flue pipes
- Clean flame sensor and spark rod if applicable
- Perform an efficiency test
- Check fan motor and blower wheel
- Check temperatures and gas pressure
- Filter inspection, replace with a customer supplied filter if needed Inspect electrical connections
- Check and test drain line and trap if applicable
- Check heat exchanger for cracks and leaks
- Test emergency shut offs
- Check thermostat, replace batteries with customer supplied replacements if necessary
- Check overall safety and performance of the system
- Test operation

WHOLE HOME PLUMBING SYSTEM INSPECTION
(Up 2,500 Sq. Ft. Home)
Rego Services Whole Home Plumbing System inspection will be be performed by a qualified Plumbing Professional to ensure your fixtures and system are in good operating condition. This can help to prevent costly repairs and down time in the future.
Our Plumbing System Inspection Includes:
- Inspection of all faucets, fixtures, toilets, and shut offs for visible leaks and corrosion.
- Test and ensure water pressure is within the normal range (40-80 PSI)
- Inspect draining system for leaks, seepage, cracks, breaks, and corrosion.
- Test drains to ensure proper flow.
- Inspect water heater and check for signs of leaks, corrosion, or failures.
- Test heating elements or burners for proper operation.
- Inspect and test all controls and safety devices on water heater for proper operation.
- If equipped with anode rod a visual inspection will be made to rod.
- Pressure relief valve to be tested and exercised.
- Washing machine and appliance hoses will be inspected for signs or wear, corrosion, or leaks.
- Visual inspection of all accessible water lines for corrosion, wear, and leaks.
- All shut off valves to be checked for signs of corrosion or wear and exercised to ensure proper operation.
- Inspection of water meter and main shut off for corrosion, wear, or leaks.
- Main shut off to be tagged for fast identification.
- Water filtration systems to be inspected for wear and leaks then tested for proper operation. If customer has new filters tech will install them.
If any additional services or repairs are recommended, the service technician will offer the customer options at the completion of the system inspection.
Water filters and any replacement parts or materials not included and will be an additional
charge.
Whole Home Electrical Inspection
Rego Services Whole Home Electrical System inspection will be be performed by a qualified Electrical Professional to ensure your system is safe and in good operating condition. This can help to prevent costly repairs and down time in the future.
Our Electrical Inspection Includes;
- Visually inspect electrical panel for any signs of corrosion, electrical arcing, loose wires, and general condition.
- Visually inspect all wiring for breaks, nicks, exposed wires, loose connections, and general condition.
- Visual inspection of outdoor electrical service and meter box for signs of wear and tear, corrosion, and safety issues.
- Visually inspect and test all GFCI outlets for proper operation.
- Visually inspect and test all GFCI and ARC Fault circuit breakers for proper operation.
- Visually inspect and test all electrical outlets for proper operation, grounding, and power readings.
- Visually inspect and test all light switches for proper operation.
- Check and ensure all safety devices such as whole home surge protectors, emergency disconnects, etc. are in good condition and operating to specs.
If any additional services or repairs are recommended, the service technician will offer the customer options at the completion of the system inspection.
Generator service and inspections not included in Electrical Inspection or Total Home Membership.
