Comfort Advisor
Are you prepared to turn in-home consultations into exceptional experiences? We are looking for a HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical Comfort Advisor who can combine technical skills, exceptional customer service, and sales expertise to serve and assist our customers.

Job Duties:
- Examine the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in the residential homes of our customers
- Run airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements
- Determine best equipment for customers’ homes and create a plan based on their wants and needs.
- Provide solutions for Electrical upgrades and projects.
- Present options and assist customers in making the best decision for their family
- Work closely with our install teams to assure excellent customer experience
What you need:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical sales is required.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google is a +
- Preferred experience using Customer Service Software such as Service Titan and salesbuilder.
- Physically able to move equipment and crawl into attics
- A flexible schedule to work evening and weekend calls on an as needed basis to better serve customers.
- Valid and clean driving record and background
HVAC Technician
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic full-time HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We are in need of someone with attention to detail, exceptional service skills such as troubleshooting, electrical, controls, refrigerant charging, just to name a few.
Qualifications
- EPA certified
- MA Refrigeration license preferred
- MA Sheet metal license preferred
- Experience with inverter heat pumps, furnaces, packaged units, mini splits, boilers, and hydronics.
- Valid Drivers license and insurable driving record required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior work experience in a service technician role required.
- Experience with Service Titan is a +
